    We've got you covered across the UK. Get your items delivered for free within a 5-mile radius! For locations further out, our sales team will provide you with a quote for shipping and handeling. We also offer installation for a small extra fee. We offer both delivery and pickup options for your convenience. We also offer an installation service, where our professional team will not only deliver the sofa to your home but also assemble it and remove any packaging materials. For customer who prefer to collect their sofa, we have a designated pickup location in the West Midlands where you can retrieve your purchase at a time that suits you. Regardless of the delivery option you chose, you can rest assured that your sofa will be handled with care and delivered to you in great condition.
  • Do you deliver to flats or appartments that are accessed via stairs?
    Sofas by Myles offers a door stop delivery service for flats or apartments that are accessed via stairs. If there is a lift available, our delivery team can help carry the sofa to your home. We understand the challenges of moving furniture in multi-story buildings and strive to accommodate our customers' needs to the best of our ability. However, please note that we do not normally deliver to homes that are accessed exclusively via stairs without a lift. Thank you for understanding.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At Sofas by Myles, we offer a variety of payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible. You can pay by cash, or via bank transfer upon delivery. We also accept most major cards, with the exception of American Express. It's important to note that some credit card companies charge us a fee when you pay with their cards, and therefore a credit card fee may apply. Additionally, for those looking to finance a brand new sofa, we offer finance options through Klarna, ClearPay and PayPal Credit. These options allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over time, making it easier to invest in the perfect sofa for your home.

    No, we do not accept standing order payments as this poses a significant risk for both the customer and our business.
